Questions owners ask first

Why SMS and not WhatsApp?

Everyone has SMS and nobody has to install or sign in to anything. A text from a business name they know gets read. We do not use WhatsApp.

Can I text all my existing clients?

You can import them, and everyone can get reminders about their own bookings. Promotions are different: under the Spam Act you need their consent, so we record where it came from and block the rest.

What does a text cost?

Reminders and sign-in links are included in fair use. Promotional texts use credits: one per SMS part, and Chinese messages use more parts. The composer shows the real number before you send.

Who owns my clients and data?

You do. Export your clients whenever you like. We store data in Australia and keep each business separate.

Do I need new hardware?

No. Staff use a tablet or phone you already have to add stamps and see the day.
