What we collect

For businesses: name, email, business details and billing. For their clients: name, mobile number, bookings, stamps and consent records, entered by the business or the client.

How we use it

To run bookings, send messages the client has agreed to, show stamp cards and keep the platform safe. We do not sell personal information.

Who sees it

Each business sees only its own clients. Our service providers (SMS, payments, hosting) process data for us under contract.

Where it is kept

In Australia. Any service that processes data elsewhere will be named here.

Your rights

Ask a business for your data, or ask us to correct it. Write to [privacy email] and we will reply within 30 days.

AI and automated decisions

We use AI to draft promo texts, translations, service descriptions and import suggestions, and to check promos before they send. A person reads and sends everything the AI drafts. AI never decides who can book, whether a deposit is needed, prices or who receives offers. The safety check may refuse a promo or hold it for review by a person; the business is told why and can ask for a person to review the decision. Client notes, health forms and photos are never sent to AI, nor are phone numbers or emails.

Health information

Some businesses ask clients health or allergy questions before a treatment. Those answers are sensitive information. They are stored encrypted, only the business owner or a manager can read them (each time is logged), they are left out of exports, and they are never used for marketing or sent to AI. A business can delete them at any time.
