Who we are

Your account
You must be authorised to act for the business. You are responsible for your team’s use and for keeping sign-in details safe.
Messages you send
You may only send promotional messages to people who have agreed to receive them, and every promotion must carry a working opt-out. We can hold or stop messages that break the rules.
Fees and payments
Plan fees, SMS credits and commission are set out on the pricing page. Prices include GST.
Your clients’ data
Your client list is yours. We use it only to provide the service, and you can export it at any time.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel any time. We may suspend an account that puts our SMS reputation or other businesses at risk.
